Overview of the Role We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our (Product) Design Team - working alongside our VP of Design and our CEO, as well as collaborating with our Growth and Client Delivery organizations to receive their (and their clients’) feedback. You will be championing our product with shiny demos, iterating on design mockups, and documenting requirements for the technical team. The role includes the following: Work with our CEO on determining the roadmap and priorities Translate client and internal feedback into actionable requirements Work closely with our Design team for UX iterations, ensuring the design matches the requirements Compile collateral (including guides, FAQs, and videos) to promote new/upcoming features Be the “go-to” person for all platform-related inquiries internally and externally Run monthly product demos in collaboration with our Product Marketing Manager Run product feedback sessions The ideal candidate should have: 4+ years of experience with product design from start to finish, ideally in a b2b SaaS setting 4+ years of experience working with b2b clients Passion to run and lead, in a startup environment (Startup experience is a plus) Technical acumen and curiosity to clearly articulate the technical details of our product Good eye for UX design Great presentation and marketing skills to clearly share our product details with the world Strategic marketing view to understanding what clients need/want The ideal candidate should be located and authorized to work in the UK What Do We Offer?
