We are an early stage team looking for a front end development leader to come in and take ownership of your dev requirments. Execution is everything and we want you to get an understanding of Axe and begin able to build a team around you. What's required You have more than 4 years of software development experience, working in product-focussed, agile environments. You are Proficienct in React.js and Javascript with a strong focus on quality, testability and best practices. Experience and/or interest in React-Native or mobile app development would be a big plus. You are passionate about UI/UX and modern Web design and you are familiar with the Material UI framework. You are product oriented, pragmatic executor and able to weigh-up the need to validate features and build out a first version before digging in too deeply. You are calm and focused under pressure, and consider work-life balance essential for long-term happiness and productivity Experience with building CI/CD pipelines and with containerising applications with Docker and experience with AWS deployment Experience in backend technologies or infrastructure. Nice to have You understand AWS infrastructure and can do some DevOps work when needed ( you don’t have to be expert in that). You have previous experience in fintech / payments.
